Welcome! Bringing Families Together

Being apart from your family is difficult, especially when they are far away or overseas. US Immigration law allows citizens and legal permananent residents to sponsor family members for immigration to America. This means that you, as a US citizen or a legal permanent resident can help your fiancée, spouse, children, parents, and sibilings come and stay here.

The process can be complicated and time-consuming, but I can help you make sure that everything is done right, providing the best chance for your family to be together again. Having grown up in an immigrant family myself, I understand the situation you're in and can offer honest, thorough, and personal assistance through every step of the process.

Typical situations where clients need my assistance include:

Fiancée Visas

You are about to propose (or just got engaged) to a sweetheart who is a foreign national. Regardless of whether your fiancée is currently in the US or still in their home country, I can help you secure a visa that will allow them to come here, marry you, and apply for legal permanent residency.

Spousal Petitions

Your spouse is a foreign national who would like to come to (or stay in) the US. As a US Citizen or Legal Permanent Resident ("LPR"), you can sponsor your spouse for LPR status. The application process takes time to complete and requires careful compliance with immigration law, but I can help guide you through it to a happy ending.

Child Petitions

No parent likes to be away from their child, but the burden on immigrant parents with children abroad is a particularly difficult one. I can ease the stress of having to navigate through the petition process and help your child rejoin you sooner by making sure that everything is properly filed, followed up on, and done right the first time.

Siblings and Parents

With my own siblings raised abroad (each in a different country), I understand the urge to reunite your family, and can offer a sympathetic and supportive hand to guide you through the process. Bringing siblings and parents to the US offers unique challenges that can best be solved with the assistance of a skilled and dedicated immigration attorney.

If you are considering reuniting your family, contact me for an immigration consultatation today. I will be happy to discuss your situation, options, and to answer any questions you might have.
